Hospital payment service
Most Chinese hospitals don't accept foreign cards. Pay us securely through Stripe in your currency, and we pay the hospital on the spot. You get the hospital invoice and our receipt.
We confirm the service fee in writing before you pay — there's never a hidden charge.

It covers the pre-visit consultation, booking at a partner hospital, full-day accompaniment and interpretation, and report collection. Hospital fees, transport, accommodation and professional document translation are not included.
Each visit is the same price, and you can choose the number of visits at checkout. For complex multi-day trips we give you one overall quote.

No. We handle the process — appointments, logistics, interpretation and payments. Diagnosis and treatment are provided by licensed doctors and hospitals.
This site is in English, French, German and Spanish. On-site interpretation is in English. If you need French, German or Spanish at the hospital, tell us when you get in touch and we'll confirm availability for your dates.
If you're travelling to China for care, contact us as early as you can — ideally before you book flights, so we can plan appointments around your trip. Already in China and need help soon? Message us — we'll tell you what's possible.
Yes for travel: airport and train-station pickups, hotels near the hospital and local transport, quoted separately. For your visa, we'll tell you which documents to prepare.
Our form never asks for detailed records. When we need them, we send you an encrypted channel. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store and keep your data, in line with GDPR and China's PIPL.
